High-speed permanent magnet motor
The high-speed motor adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor. For each motor model, the drive inverter is customized with secondary software and hardware development, while the reactor or filter is optimally matched. Both the motor and inverter efficiencies exceed 97%, ensuring stable operation with low temperature rise and high efficiency.

Three-dimensional Flow Impeller
The impeller of magnetic levitation fan adopts three-dimensional backward curved design with wide operating range and variable efficiency up to 95%. Made of high-strength aviation aluminum material, it features light weight and low moment of inertia. To ensure service life, the impeller is designed with CAE finite element analysis. All raw materials undergo 100% flaw detection, and finished products pass 115% overspeed test for long-term safe and reliable operation.

Coaxial air-cooling technology
The blower adopts coaxial air-cooling technology, eliminating the need for an additional cooling system. The cooling system features a well-designed flow path and reliable structure. This cooling design ensures that the blower maintains reliable working performance under various environmental and operating conditions, making it more energy-efficient and dependable.

Pneumatic system
We have more than ten years of experience in impeller machinery development and design. All our impellers have passed long-term bench tests to guarantee excellent and reliable aerodynamic performance, with efficiency above 87%. It adopts frequency conversion control instead of guide vane regulation, delivering lower starting current and wider adjustment range for the blower.
